Returns & Cancellations

If the item is brand new in the original box, the restocking fee is 5%. If the item has been opened or taken out of the package, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be due from the customer. Mini Moto Mayhem also reserves the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee for any item that is a special order or built to order, or refuse a return of the item, even if the return is within 30 days. Items that are in branded, original packaging and packaged inside of another box need to be returned the same way or they will be subject to the more significant restocking fee. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible to be returned. Mini Moto Mayhem does not take responsibility for wrongly placed orders. Exchanges will be accepted and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Wrongly shipped items will be covered in full by Mini Moto Mayhem including shipping costs. If an item is canceled prior to shipment and it causes the remainder of the order to drop below the free shipping threshold of $149. In that case, Mini Moto Mayhem may reduce the refund amount by the amount of the shipping cost of the items that totaled less than $149. You must initiate a return within 30 days of successfully receiving any item, according to its tracking information. Initiating a return can be done by contacting us directly. If a refund is due, the refund will be initiated upon approval of the return once it arrives to us. The approval will take up to 48 hours and if approved, the refund will then take up to 5 business days after approval to be placed back into your account that the order was originally paid with. 

 

Warranty

Only manufacturer warranties will apply to items listed on Minimotomayhem.com. We do not warranty any item. We will assist with warranty claims for all of our customers. If a warranty claim is needed, we will process the claim directly with the manufacturer or direct the customer to the correct department to process the claim with the manufacturer.
